GLOBAL SME SUMMIT, DAVOS

The inaugural Global SME Summit 2025, organised by the Global SME Business Home (GSBH), successfully concluded in Davos, Switzerland, bringing together government leaders, policymakers, SMEs, global corporations, investors, and innovators from more than 15 countries. Over three days, the Summit highlighted the power of collaboration in strengthening the global SME ecosystem and advancing the shared vision of One Global Economy.

The Summit was honoured by the presence of Sir Joseph S. Blatter, Mr Srinivas Kondapalli, Minister for MSME, Andhra Pradesh, India, Mr Khawaja Masood Akhtar Chairman Forward Sports, the official Football Partners for Adidas, Mr Roger Leitner President SACC, Mr Khalid Ali Bahakim Managing Director Sea Power, along with representatives from embassies, chambers of commerce, and trade authorities from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Liechtenstein, Ghana, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

With more than 40 keynote speakers, panellists, and moderators, Mr Benjamin Talin Ministry Advisor - Austria, Mr. Hubert Büchel, Minister of Home Affairs, Economy and Sports, Principality of Liechtenstein, Mr. Marcus Caduff is the President of the Government of the Canton of Graubünden, Mr Khaled Fattal, Founder/ CEO MLi Group, USA, Mr. Seshadri Vanagala, Group CEO IFIN GLOBAL Group, India, Mrs. Sheena Patel, Kenya, Dr. Charles Salvaudon, Professor, Albert School, France, Mr. Bernard Acquah Obeng, Ghana. Key highlights included discussions on global leadership, AI futures, technological transformation, sustainability and climate responsibility, and the evolving role of SMEs in global value chains.

Significant support came from esteemed international corporate partners, including SWISS International Air Lines, Turkish Airlines, Etihad Airways, Emirates, KLM, Air France, Sea Power, Forward Sports, Cornavin Watches, as well as multiple organisations from India, Pakistan, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Global SME Summit 2025 marked an important milestone in fostering international cooperation, creating meaningful connections, driving new opportunities, and laying the foundation for long-term collaboration to empower SMEs worldwide.
